exitOnMouseout Library Method
Signature: x.exitOnMouseout ([b])
Class: transform_Controller Class
If b is not specified or not false, the transform controller will
exit when the mouse leaves the transformController.mouseBox
(in addition to a single mouse click).
The exitOnMouseout mode is autmoatically disabled when a drag operation
starts.
